Key Responsibilities Ensure that safe and acceptable standards of care are maintained within a safe environment and ensure care provision meets all statutory requirements. Liaise with client, families, care management and other Trust representatives to formulate care provision as required. Effectively co-ordinate and support a team of care staff. Co-ordinate all areas of administration. Participate in recruitment and selection of staff. Essential Criteria 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths and English Strong IT and Communication skills Full driving licence, access to own car and contactable by mobile phone. Car insurance in connection with business A minimum of 1 year’s paid experience delivering Health & Social Care Successful candidates will be required to register with the relevant professional body.
