About the Job

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of one of the world's most iconic brands.

We're looking for a visionary, commercially minded brand leader to globally lead Häagen-Dazs Handheld - a critical growth pillar within our premium ice cream portfolio. As Global Head of HD Handheld, you'll report directly to the Global Director of Häagen-Dazs and take full ownership of the strategy, vision, and growth agenda for this category worldwide.

You'll lead a high-performing global team and cross-functional partners to build a powerful pipeline and deliver sustainable growth across the full marketing mix. With responsibility spanning Europe, China, and North Asia, this role offers the scale, visibility, and impact to truly leave your mark on a global brand.


What Your Role Is

You'll define and own the long-term growth vision for Häagen-Dazs Handheld, building a robust three-year pipeline across the 4Ps to drive both short-term performance and long-term brand health. You'll translate this vision into a clear, compelling global marketing plan that markets can activate to deliver ambitious growth targets.

Running the business end-to-end, you'll balance innovation, renovation, margin management, and communications - while identifying new channel and geographic expansion opportunities. You'll lead key internal processes to enable strong, data‑led global decision-making and ensure the business is set up to win in market.

As a senior leader, you'll inspire and develop your direct team and global cross‑functional partners, fostering a culture of creativity, ambition, and accountability. You'll build deep partnerships with key regions and functions, including Brand Experience, to ensure strategies land brilliantly in market and accelerate growth through collaboration and cultural relevance.


What You Bring to the Team

You're a seasoned global FMCG brand leader with 15+ years' experience and a proven track record of building, incubating, and scaling brands. You bring deep experience in innovation-led growth and entrepreneurial business leadership, including geographic expansion and complex operating models.

You're highly credible at the most senior levels, with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively under pressure. You combine strategic vision with commercial rigour, and you're comfortable making big calls to drive both top‑line growth and long‑term brand health.

You have successfully led teams across regions, thrive in matrixed organisations, and bring strong cultural agility - particularly across Europe, North Asia, and China. Experience across OOH channels, Joint Ventures, or external manufacturing is highly valued, as is a passion for building the next chapter of an iconic global brand.
