TXM are working with a major infrastructure client seeking experienced Senior Commercial Managers to join their expanding team. These roles offer the opportunity to lead commercial activities across high-profile projects, driving value, governance and innovation within a complex portfolio of works.
What youll be doing:
* Manage post-contract commercial activities, frameworks and contracts.
* Lead negotiations, contract reviews, and change control processes.
* Provide commercial strategy, cost management, estimating and risk analysis.
* Support dispute resolution, final accounts, and supplier relationships.
* Lead and mentor commercial staff, ensuring projects are resourced effectively.
What were looking for:
* Degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Strong experience in commercial managementwithin rail infrastructure or construction
* Skilled negotiator with experience resolving contract disputes.
* Knowledge of industry conditions of contract.
