About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Procurement and Finance Controller (Supply Chain) to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the Financial Controlling team. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers, always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for exposure to internal senior stakeholders. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Financial Controlling.
Responsibilities include:
* Perform month-close process/routines for Procurement.
* Run P&L reconciliation and checks to ensure accuracy of financial results and correct errors.
* Manage provisions/accruals process and intercompany recharges related to Procurement.
* Lead monthly routines with Procurement and Accounting teams to review Balance Sheet positions and ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of Procurement rebates.
* Run hedge process with US (Plastic resins and Fuel) and lead the hedge process locally in Europe, keeping track of hedges.
* Review provisions and manual adjustments in financial forecasts with FP&A team for forecast accuracy.
* Partner with FP&A, GBS, and BU Teams, guiding accounting treatments and procedures.
* Support Internal & External Auditor requests.
* Prepare statutory accounts for several legal entities of Supply Chain.
Qualifications
* Bachelor/Master in Accounting/Finance, preferably ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in controlling.
* Big 4 experience is a plus.
* Self-starter with hands-on mentality.
* Strong Excel skills and SAP experience.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
