Here in Trowbridge we are a small 3 bedded service, there are 3 lovely residents that call Lilac Grove their home. The people you will support have various challenges in their lives, our aim is to ensure they live the lives they choose. We support activities from the day to day things like washing and cleaning to swimming, visiting places of interest, day trips, theatre/cinema visits and exploring the beautiful countryside on our doorstep plus much more.A full UK drivers license and willingness to drive our Sense vehicle is essential for this roleWe’re looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:Positive, with a can-do attitude.Caring and empathetic.Passionate about enhancing other people’s lives.Willing to attend training as needed to support you in your role.Some knowledge of BSL and other communication methodsA full UK drivers license and willingness to drive our Sense vehicle is essential for this roleNo two days will be the sameHere at Sense, we support people with complex disabilities to live the life they choose.
