Coming to Fosse Park this Autumn, we are opening our new TFG Brand House and are looking passionate and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join our team. We are looking for someone to work 12 hours per week and shifts would cover weekdays as well as weekends.
Who you'll be
P assionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, you'll make each customer feel valued by providing personalised recommendationsto help them find their perfect outfit. You'll be:
* Reliable and motivated to fulfil the role
* Flexible enough to work on a rota basis and balance shifting priorities in store.
* Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment
* Focused on adding value and providing the best possible experience to our customers, taking pride in all that you do.
What you’ll do
* Greet customers withconfidence, offering tailored advice and creating memorable shoppingexperiences.
* Develop deep product knowledge,answering customer questions with ease.
* Handle transactions accuratelywith careful attention to detail and assist with stock control processes.
* Assist in all tasks required toensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
