The role You'll take ownership of a core product area, leading a talented engineering team through a complete architectural refresh. Working closely with Product, you'll set technical direction, guide delivery, and embed best practice across CI/CD, testing, and observability. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic input with real engineering depth. What you'll do Lead the design, build, deployment, and operation of critical software systems. Architect and deliver the shift to an event-driven microservices environment. Improve automation, monitoring, and incident response capability. Partner with Product and stakeholders to define and execute the roadmap. Mentor and develop engineers, driving a culture of quality and accountability.
