We are working with a leading UK property owner with a substantial commercial real estate portfolio who is looking to appoint an Asset Manager to join their Scotland-based team.

The Role
As Junior Asset Manager, you will support the strategic management of a portfolio of commercial assets, helping to drive income performance and long-term value. Working closely with senior asset managers, investment, leasing and development teams, as well as external managing agents and advisors, you will play an active role in day-to-day asset management initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation and implementation of asset business plans
Supporting leasing activity, including rent reviews, lease renewals and regears
Liaising with managing agents and monitoring operational performance
Assisting with asset-level budgets, forecasts and reporting
Supporting refurbishment and value-add initiatives
Contributing to investment and disposal processes, including due diligence
Helping ensure assets align with ESG and sustainability objectives
About You
2–3 years' experience within commercial property (agency, asset management or consultancy background)
Good understanding of UK commercial property markets (office, retail, industrial or mixed-use)
Strong analytical and financial skills with attention to detail
Commercial mindset with a desire to develop asset management expertise
Confident communicator, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
RICS qualified or actively working towards qualification preferred
