To support the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming home-based Lifestyle Programme aimed at encouraging residents to participate in a wide range of activities. About You:
We provide full training, so we’d love to hear from you regardless of your background. It’s important that you’re organized, have excellent communication skills, and are flexible enough to work shifts. We are committed to supporting your career development, perhaps towards becoming a Nurse Associate. Please note, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across a 7-day period, including weekends.
Knowledge / Experience:
* An understanding of how social interaction impacts overall wellbeing.
* Ability to assist in delivering lifestyle sessions both in groups and individually.
* Ability to develop strong community links and facilitate successful events.
* Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
* Ability to implement new concepts and ideas consistently.
* Potential to develop through Lifestyle / Activities training and qualifications.
