What Youll Do:
* Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
* Drive team performance to achieve individual and collective sales targets
* Provide hands-on coaching, support, and motivation to your team
* Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
* Represent the branch at local events and promote offers via social media
* Achieve personal sales and development goals while helping your team grow
What Were Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Travel Consultantwith a strong sales record
* A natural leader who can coach and inspire a team
* Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
* Passionate about travel with excellent product knowledge
* Organised, reliable, and ready to take initiative
