About the opportunity:
We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, an independent, family-owned company with an established presence across the UK.
We are presenting an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and customer focused Telesales Manager to lead and inspire the telesales teams, this role will be based in our Head Office at Peterborough, with some travel to other depots
The successful Telesales Managerwill instil a high-performing sales culture, driving the team to identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities while diligently achieving set KPIs and targets.
You will encompass comprehensive management tasks, including call allocation, leave authorisation, monitoring absences, and coordinating staff rotas. You will also set and monitor your teams KPI's, ensuring hands-on participation in daily sales activities.
Problem-solving will be a key part of your role—quickly troubleshooting daily challenges and expertly handling escalations will be crucial for your success.

Requirements
Proven managerial experience within a fast-paced sales role
Ability to work in collaboration with other departments to maximise customer service and increase sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload
Flexibility to travel to Nottingham, Basildon and Norwich, depots as needed
Hold a full UK Driving licenceBenefits
A basic salary of up to £40,000 plus a team performance related bonus
Hours of work: 8:30am - 5:30pm across Monday-Friday (flexibility required)
