Ecommerce Coordinator
Location: Scunthorpe or Leeds (Hybrid options considered)
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Sage Benefits

As Ecommerce Coordinator, youll take ownership of third-party marketplace activity, managing platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, B&Q, and The Range. Youll ensure listings are optimized, pricing is competitive, and customer experience remains consistently strong. What youll be doing:
* Managing and growing listings on major online marketplaces
* Uploading new products, optimizing content, pricing, and visuals
* Monitoring sales performance, ROI, and campaign results
* Working cross-functionally to manage stock availability and order flow
* Handling customer feedback and ensuring service levels are met
* Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and A/B testing
* Staying up to date with marketplace policies and compliance needs
What were looking for:
* Previous experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay etc.)
* Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital best practices
* Proficient with Excel and familiar with CMS and channel management tools
* Detail-oriented and highly organised with excellent communication skills
* Understanding of ecommerce SEO and digital marketing principles
* Experience in the kitchen, bathroom or home improvement space is a bonus
Location: Role can be based in either Scunthorpe or Leeds some flexibility for hybrid working may be available.
