Our client is a successful and expanding organisation located on the outskirts of Ware, currently looking to grow their well-established team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at their offices, with working hours from 8:00am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The role offers a competitive basic salary of £30,000 (OTE c£35,000), alongside an excellent uncapped commission structure and a range of attractive benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working within a small team and offering administrative support to the Area Sales Manager & Account Development Manager by enhancing and promoting the brand within the market by delivering exceptional customer service and adopting a proactive, service-oriented approach to Account Management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing world class service in response times to quotes, queries and questions ensuring the customer has the best experience in the market every time through a consistently high standard in both content and speed.
* Fast and Accurate quoting
* Processing of all “further-worked” orders through the system with clear instructions
* Attention to detail is a critical requirement for the role as always got a few plates spinning at any one time
* Working with Operations to ensure seamless processing of orders
* Supporting the ADM in handling all the daily administration tasks to ensure the ADM or ASM are not in any way held back from new business opportunities by existing business administrative or customer service distractions.
* Developing client relationships positively
* Reactive telephone contact with customers
* Attend weekly E2E and monthly F2F Sales Meetings
* Support of existing accounts
* Special Sign set up (Artwork/Forms & Signoff)
* Sales Pipeline – all quotes must be loaded onto CRM
* Sales Admin tasks to ensure customer records and pricing are accurate and up to date.
* Liaising with Customer Service and Operations to progress all order queries/complaints
* Sourcing of one-off products for clients
* Creating BOM’s and Special Prices.
* Arrange samples for ASM or customer
* Review under 20% GP report and uplift GP – switch sell, upsell or price rise
* Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Sales Manager
* Submit daily KPI’s
* Spend reports for customers
