Job Title: Business and Sales Support Location: Warrington (Onsite)

The Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially-minded Business and Sales Support professional to join our team. This is a vital role working closely with our sales team to support quoting, renewals, and client relationship management. You’ll play a key part in making sure our customers are getting the best possible value from our services.
Key Responsibilities Analyse sales and client data using tools like Excel to identify trends and generate actionable insights Support the creation of sales quotes and manage client renewals from start to finish Help maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring we consistently meet service level expectations Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes, support pipeline reporting, and track performance Provide internal reporting and dashboards to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring fast, helpful, and solution-focused responses
What We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills with proven experience in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.) A proactive approach to solving problems and presenting data-driven recommendations Experience in a client-facing or sales support role, ideally within a SaaS or tech environment Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a collaborative working style Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal teams
