* £24.00 per hour (Outside IR35)
* 3+ month contract with potential extension

Key Responsibilities
* Laminating composite components using prepreg carbon fibre materials
* Working from engineering drawings, lay-up manuals, and specifications
* Carrying out tool preparation, lay-up, debulking, and bagging processes
* Ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to tight tolerances
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with HSE standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Prepreg Laminator within the composites industry
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and lay-up schedules
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Experience in aerospace, motorsport, marine, or similar sectors preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
