Job Description

1. Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are achieved.
3. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
4. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
5. Coordinate with stakeholders to address project requirements, changes, and updates.
6. Conduct regular site visits to oversee project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
7. Prepare and present project updates to senior management and clients.
8. Ensure efficient resource allocation and manage project risks effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

9. Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
10. Proven track record of managing construction projects in the property industry.
11. Strong leadership and decision-making skills to guide project teams effectively.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
13. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
14. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
15. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
