Focus SB is a multi-award-winning British brand renowned for the design, development and manufacture of premium electrical wiring accessories. How would you like to be the main point of contact between Focus SB and its customers? You will be assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with their products.

A Customer Service Specialist is responsible for helping customers with questions, problems, or concerns related to Focus SB's products or services. Their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty. Here's what you will learn to do:

Main Duties:

* Provide information about products and services via telephone and email.

* Managing customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions.

You will be the first point of contact and expected to ensure every customer feels heard and supported.

Apprenticeship duration 15 months plus End Point Assessment

Weekly working hours - Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.00 Friday 8.30 to 12.00

Total working hours 35.5

£18,000 per annum

Qualifications: Essential - 5 x GCSE at Grade 4/5 (C) and above including English and maths.

Qualifications: Desirable - ICT

Training to be provided:

On completion of the apprenticeship, you will have achieved the following qualification;

* Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeships Standard

The final apprenticeship completion certificate will be issued on achievement of the above qualification and successful completion of end point assessment.

Future Prospects:

To become a fully trained and qualified Customer Service Specialist with Focus SB.

Other things to consider:

As with all apprenticeships, this requires a long-term commitment – there will be assignments and logbook entries to complete. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top company, whilst you work towards nationally recognised qualifications.
