A Customer Service Specialist is responsible for helping customers with questions, problems, or concerns related to Focus SB's products or services. Their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty. Here's what you will learn to do:
Main Duties:

Apprenticeship duration 15 months plus End Point Assessment
Weekly working hours - Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.00 Friday 8.30 to 12.00

£18,000 per annum

Training to be provided:
On completion of the apprenticeship, you will have achieved the following qualification;
* Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeships Standard
The final apprenticeship completion certificate will be issued on achievement of the above qualification and successful completion of end point assessment.
