Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Cardiff Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – Rotating Shift (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm – alternating weekly) Salary: Circa £43,000 The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to join a site that is investing heavily in its future, with a major expansion and large-scale engineering project planned for 2026. You’ll be joining a well-established engineering team in a hands-on role, supporting site reliability, continuous improvement, and upcoming capital projects.
