Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant
* Support students with additional or complex learning needs within the classroom
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, both academically and emotionally
* Help maintain a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to remove learning barriers
