Key role supporting the Finance Business Partner in preparing month-end management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, transactional analysis, monthly reforecasts, balance sheet reconciliations, and annual budgets. The role involves embedding financial controls and processes on site, providing insightful analysis, performance monitoring, and financial modelling to support service leadership teams in maintaining good budgetary control and making informed decisions. Responsibilities will vary, contributing to the team's overall aims.
Experience: Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate:
* AAT Qualified (or studying towards CIMA) preferred.
* Experience working in a Finance team, producing management accounts and reports.
* Strong IT skills, with good knowledge of Excel.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent team player with strong communication skills, able to explain financial concepts to non-financial managers.
* Credibility and confidence to work with senior managers.
The role is predominantly home-based, with occasional work from Twigworth office and visits to services.
