What you’ll be doing
As a Wealth Manager, you’ll nurture relationships and support every aspect of a customer’s financial life, helping them grow, manage and preserve their wealth, and delivering a professional service in a world of increasing complexity. You’ll have access to an impressive portfolio of wealth customers, opportunities for growth and progression, and the chance to bring your authentic self to a team that values connections and relationships.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage and support a portfolio of high value premier customers
* Act as a trusted adviser providing holistic financial advice and support through key life events (investing for the future, saving for a home, retirement planning, protecting the family)
* Conduct in-depth reviews to identify personal and financial needs and deliver a tailored wealth management service
* Advise on a full range of HSBC products and those from external partners
* Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing
* Continuously monitor information to assess potential risks and opportunities for the business

What you’ll give us
* Hold role-relevant Level 4 qualifications (Dip CII, CISI or equivalent QCF RDR level 4) and meet current Statement of Professional Standing requirements
* CAS status is desirable
* Experience providing holistic financial advice across a range of products and services
* Experience as a Wealth Adviser, IFA, Financial Planning Manager or similar role
* Experience in relevant environments (retail banking, relationship management, front office)
