Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within private homes and commercial premises. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, comfortable environments for clients. Previous experience in hotel cleaning, or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Working hours can fit around the school day.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
* Ensure all rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation
* Clean and sanitise bathrooms and kitchens, including appliances and fixtures
* Replenish supplies such as cleaning products as needed
* Handle laundry tasks when required, including, drying, and folding clothes or linens
* Maintain a safe and organised work environment at all times
Requirements
* Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory
* Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail
* Customer service skills to interact in a professional and friendly manner with clients
* Ability to work in a team and independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes.

* A positive approach towards maintaining cleanliness standards in both private and commercial settings
* Must drive and have access to own vehicle
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.28-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
