Remote Role Our client, a fast growing financial regulatory compliance firm based in London is looking for a talented strategic leader to join them. As Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising daily operations, supporting and standing in for the CEO as needed, and leading key projects. You will have oversight of HR, compliance, technology transformation, and day-to-day business management. Ideally, you will have direct experience with technology transformation, and be confident presenting ideas and results to senior stakeholders and the wider team. This role is particularly suited to candidates with experience in small or medium-sized companies who possess excellent analytical and project management abilities, strong presentation skills, and a proven capacity to engage and motivate teams. Prior experience as a COO is welcome but not required. The position is primarily remote, with attendance at our London office required a couple of times per quarter.
