The main responsibility of the Beauty Advisor is to achieve sales and KPI targets through a customer-first approach. They act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering a positive and personalized experience to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Working as part of a team to ensure a 'customer first' experience is delivered consistently.
2. Exceeding sales targets and the company's acquisition goals for N.dulge.
3. Following all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stock loss.
4. Communicating clearly and concisely with the store team and external business partners.
5. Creating an inclusive, welcoming, and approachable store environment.
6. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and sharing it with the team.
7. Understanding and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
