Senior Research Credit Analyst – Euro Services & Healthcare

CreditSights is currently seeking a Senior Research Credit Analyst, Euro Services & Healthcare, based out of our London office.

We are looking for a candidate who is qualified, eager, and a self-starter, who thrives when faced with challenging timescales and has the ability to produce high quality research under pressure. Ideal candidates should have the ability to work independently, as well as be a team player who likes to work collaboratively, with an interest in becoming part of an established, dynamic and well-regarded financial services firm.

This is a publishing role and requires a commitment to active production of credit research. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the IG/HY credit markets. This role contemplates a focus on the fundamental analysis of debt issuers, and an emphasis on relative value.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Commitment to active production of credit research with the appropriate depth, timeliness and market relevance.
2. Have a deep and broad understanding of bond and issuance structures.
3. Be attuned to market and sector changes and produce market relevant research.
4. Be an excellent communicator and actively engage with clients, market participants and other internal and external stakeholders.

You May Be a Good Fit If

We will consider any candidate who demonstrates a high level of competence and motivation, preference will be given to candidates possessing the following qualifications:

5. Educated to a degree level or equivalent
6. Strong knowledge of accounting and experience analysing companies
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
8. 5+ years of experience in the IG and HY credit markets
9. Seasoned communicator with experience in client-facing roles
10. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
11. Highly organised, with a methodical approach to work and excellent attention to detail

12. Experience analysing credits within the HY Services & Healthcare sectors
13. Degrees in STEM, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business
14. Proficiency in Bloomberg and FactSet
15. Applied use of AI tools to enhance core workflows
16. Capability of producing high-quality outputs under pressure
17. A team player spirit and an enthusiasm for working collaboratively
18. Eagerness to train, develop, manage and/or mentor junior analyst team members
