Site & Bench Joiner Join the Bridgewater Team

Bridgewater Workspace is seeking a skilled Site Joiner with strong bench joinery capabilities to support our growing pipeline of commercial fit-out projects. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives both on-site and in a workshop environment, with flexibility to switch between installation and factory-based manufacture depending on workload.

About the Role

Youll be responsible for:

* Installing high-spec commercial joinery products across UK sites, including:

o IPS duct panel systems

o Vanity units

o Cubicle systems

o Wall panelling and ancillary items

* Interpreting technical drawings and layout plans accurately

* Manufacturing joinery in our Bolton factory during quieter site periods, including:

o Assembly using MR MDF and MFC

o Post forming and edge banding

o Final assembly with Keku clips and concealed fixings

Youll follow structured processes for each product type (CGL, MFC, laminated MDF) to deliver high-quality finishes across all items.
