We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Chateau Denmark, a Luxury boutique hotel in central London. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will be reporting directly to the Chief Housekeeper and Assistant Chief Housekeeper, and you will oversee the responsibilities of the rest of team. You will be an essential part of the guest experience, helping define and maintain the Chateau Keeping standards. Bringing an unparalleled level of service you'll work closely with colleagues embodying a no half measures attitude.

Profile:
* Previous experience in a supervisory position.
* Passion for delivering excellent housekeeping experience.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Being organised and proactive in managing tasks.
* Being an excellent team player, and have an outstanding communication and guest facing skills.
Your duties
* Effectively managing guest request.
* Supervise the cleaning and maintaining the standards of all rooms and public areas.
* Supervise the progress of tasks undertaken by the department.
* Reporting any technical and maintenance issues.
* Facilitate trainings for team members and new starters.
* Updating status of guest rooms on communication apps.
* Comply with hotel safety and security.
* Carry out lost property procedure.
Chateau Denmark is based at Denmark Street, London, WC2H 8LP, and the closest tube station is Tottenham Court Road, on the central, northern and Elizabeth line.
