* Proven track record delivering integrations, automation, and custom solutions.
* Experience working with enterprise applications (e.g. CRM, ERP, practice management systems).
* Exposure to AI / LLM tools and practical use cases.
* Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts.
* Experience in professional services environments is a bonus.
