We are recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator to join a busy production environment, working with metal components and specialist machinery. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and learning new technical skills. The position offers genuine progression and the opportunity to secure a permanent contract. Hours of work would be Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 4.00pm, and 7.00am to 12.15pm Friday. Main Duties: Operating and setting manufacturing machinery Tool changes and basic tool setting Measuring components using precision and high-tech equipment Quality checking finished parts Working closely within a team, following guidance and training Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Experience & Skills Required: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Previous machine operating experience (tool changeovers highly beneficial) Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work accurately, follow instructions, and learn new processes Due to the high volume of candidates responding to our adverts unfortunately we are not always able to provide individual feedback.
