Milk Education is partnering with a specialist SEMH and trauma-informed school in the Slough area to recruit a Psychology Graduate to join their team as a Learning Support Assistant. This role is ideal for graduates seeking practical experience working directly with young people who present with SEMH needs, Autism, trauma histories, school refusal, and significant behavioural or emotional challenges.

About the Role
You will support pupils aged 5–16 who require trusted, consistent adults to help them remain engaged in education. Many pupils have experienced trauma or struggle with emotional regulation, meaning relational support is central to the role.
You will be involved in:
