Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Google Sheets/Forms Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Google Sheets & Forms functionalities, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and automation techniques. This role is crucial for optimizing our data management processes and enhancing overall productivity. The Google Sheets/Forms Expert will work collaboratively with the team to improve and manage an exisiting process. This process is how our customers order their Christmas produce from us. The customer fills out a Google Form & this self populates a Google Sheet. This is then consolodated to assist with our ordering.
Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot issues related to spreadsheet functionality and provide timely resolutions within 24 hours.
* Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to support data analysis and reporting needs.
* Create advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts to visualize data effectively.
* Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions within Google Sheets.
* Stay updated on the latest features of Google Sheets and recommend improvements for data management processes.
Experience
* Proven experience working extensively with Google Sheets, including advanced functions and features.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing large volumes of data.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.

Job Type: Freelance
Pay: £12.60-£18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 6 per week
