We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join our welcoming primary school in Hounslow. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils as they prepare for the transition to upper Key Stage 2.
About the Role:

Full:time teaching responsibility for a Year 5 class.
*
Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and challenging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
*
Supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
*
Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
About You:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
*
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5, is desirable but not essential.
*
A positive, nurturing approach to behaviour management.
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
*
A passion for inspiring young learners and raising achievement.
