Position Overview:
We are seeking 3 experienced Senior Project Managers to join our NPD commercialization team. You will lead a team of 1-3 commercialization project managers with responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of an incredible pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions, and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable, and Strategic Brand portfolio into our rapidly growing, high traffic EMEA region.
Working closely with the Director of Commercial and Supply Chain Programmes, you will be accountable for the delivery of approximately 600 (SKU level) projects annually, across multiple regions within EMEA, and own the commercialization relationship with regional bottling partners. Collaborating with local and global commercial and operations stakeholders, you will ensure clarity of project scope and successful project implementation personally and via your team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a highly organized, results-oriented, and tenacious project management approach, skillful team management, and experience in both upstream and downstream FMCG project delivery, motivated by a passion for the Monster brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management of Complex Programmes: Lead scoping and manage delivery of innovation, optimization, and productivity programs within the NPD portfolio, from concept to launch. Coordinate multiple projects, adopting prioritization and phasing approaches to deliver objectives across EMEA regions. Anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure success.
2. Team Management: Line manage 3-5 project managers, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure successful, on-time, and full project delivery. Mentor and coach team members; conduct performance reviews and support career development.
3. Enable High-Quality Team Performance: Conduct audits of project quality and process adherence, address deviations, and facilitate informed decision-making through thorough documentation.
4. Develop Influential Relationships: Build high-trust relationships with commercial, operational, and external partners. Collaborate to understand needs, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus, respecting cultural diversity.
5. Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Understand departmental processes, identify opportunities for streamlining, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Utilize Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data tools to analyze performance, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making and project tracking.
7. Contribution to NPD Department Strategy & Engagement: Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy, contribute insights, and foster an engaging environment.
About You:
* Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with leadership experience.
* Experience managing a team of 1-3, supporting their development.
* Knowledge of end-to-end NPD project delivery within FMCG supply chains.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and process optimization skills.
* Proven risk and issue management capabilities.
* Strategic planning skills.
