Job Description:
We are seeking an Acquisition Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will help our mobile and telecommunications clients improve network connectivity and performance by identifying new sites, upgrading existing ones, and providing estates advice.
Responsibilities:
* Site search and land ownership checks
* ECC valuations and reviewing technical drawings
* Attending client reviews and managing reporting tools
* Organising surveys, site meetings, and liaising with colleagues, clients, and agents
* Securing planning consents and negotiating agreements
* Managing a portfolio of telecom sites, including acquisition and planning deliverables
* Legal document review and land negotiations
* Preparing town planning strategies and submitting applications
* Managing project programs and workloads
* Providing administrative support and training junior team members
* Maintaining accurate site records and delivering client KPIs
* Supporting business development activities and building client relationships
Candidate Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have relevant telecoms or property industry experience, with knowledge of industry laws and legislation. Key skills include:
* Transferable business skills and IT proficiency
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Teamwork and contractor collaboration
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
* Full driving license
* Knowledge of town planning and highways procedures
