The Role
We are seeking an experienced lecturer to deliver a range of Maths courses, including Functional Skills and GCSEs, across our provision.
The successful candidate will participate in programme planning and development, and carry out teaching and learning activities across the County.
Responsibilities include delivering engaging teaching using innovative methods such as e-learning, considering individual learner needs, and supporting learners to achieve their goals.
You will plan and deliver additional learning support, personalise learning strategies, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
You will implement assessment procedures to review and evaluate learner progress, conduct regular progress reviews with learners and employers where appropriate, and prepare learners for examinations or assessments.
Preparation for internal and external quality assurance, including attendance at standardisation meetings, is also required.
