Job Description:
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accurate processing of incoming shipments, maintaining precise inventory records, and ensuring efficient stock flow to support production and sales requirements. This role involves organizing storage facilities, collaborating with suppliers, conducting cycle counts, and implementing strategies to minimize losses while maintaining optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory.
* Track and reconcile parts and stock using inventory management software.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
* Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure stock accuracy.
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
* Implement inventory control processes to minimize loss and optimize stock levels.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational policies in inventory management.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience:
3 to 5 years
in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
* Education: Minimum
High School Diploma
required; a
Bachelor's degree
in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in inventory management systems and related software.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills.
