Evolve is partnering with a market-leading Ophthalmology organisation who are seeking a Hospital Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing both strategic and tactical business plans on your territory.
This is a full-time position covering North Wales, Midlands and Peterborough.

Ideal Requirements for the Hospital Specialist
* Ideally, you’ll have a 3rd level qualification, preferably a Science degree.
* You’ll be an experienced hospital representative with at least 3 years relevant experience.
* A driven and motivated individual that is looking to progress and develop.
* This role requires extensive travel around the UK; therefore, you must have the flexibility for regular travel.
Role Responsibilities for the Hospital Specialist
* Develop and maintain good selling skills using the company adopted model, and to use these skills to maximise usage of promoted products.
* Production of a territory action plan on an annual basis whilst receiving some guidance and direction from your line manager and colleagues.
* Build and continuously expand expertise in both products and therapy areas.
* Monitor the activities of competitors on territory and feedback on these to relevant colleagues.
* Proactively seek feedback from customers, colleagues and management on performance and to act on areas highlighted.
