Job Role: System Analyst - Workday Finance
Location: London
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Purpose of the Role:
The Workday finance administrator will support day-to-day operations for Workday finance and Adaptive Planning, handling tickets from the Finance and P2P teams via Easyvista. Building relationships with finance and non-finance colleagues, the candidate will resolve queries related to our Workday system. The role requires familiarity with Workday (or similar ERP systems) and a desire to deepen expertise.
The team, part of the Workday competence centre, will support and enhance our Workday deployment as it expands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and optimize the Workday finance system across the business.
2. Support finance system users and manage system configurations and integrations.
3. Document system processes and configurations.
4. Administer and maintain the Workday finance system.
5. Implement configuration changes and review new system features.
6. Provide technical support for finance business processes.
7. Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to meet their requirements.
8. Create documentation to facilitate system change adoption.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or related field.
* Experience with Workday administration and configuration; certification is a plus.
* Knowledge of Workday/ERP project processes.
* Understanding of financial systems and business processes.
* At least 2 years’ experience working with Workday systems.
* Experience supporting Workday finance systems.
* Experience in international organizations.
* Knowledge of data security within Workday.
* Technical background across multiple technologies.
* Experience in finance and IT functions.
* Knowledge of the property sector would be advantageous.

* Quick learner with the ability to acquire new technical skills.
