Lecturer in Early Years – The Role:
As a Variable hours Lecturer in Early Years, you will be at the forefront of nurturing the talents and skills of our students across levels 1-3 of Early Childhood Education courses. From delivering captivating lectures on all aspects of early years to conducting hands-on visits to student placement settings, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of early years practitioners. Your responsibilities will include planning, teaching, and assessing students, ensuring an engaging and stimulating learning environment both inside the classroom and in real-world settings. Your expertise will directly contribute to developing the next generation of early childhood professionals.
Lecturer in Early Years - Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Earley Years.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to inspire and engage students.
* Assess and support students' progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure curriculum delivery is of the highest standard.
* Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources.
* Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, helping them with their academic journey.
Lecturer in Early Years – You:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A recognised qualification in Early Years Education (Level 3 or above).
* Relevant professional experience within the Early Years sector.
* A passion for teaching and supporting learners to develop both practically and academically. A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
