What will you be doing?
You will be supporting the Commercial team with legal input, focusing on NEC3 and NEC4 contracts,
Reviewing, drafting, and amending contracts and subcontracts,
Advising project teams during tender and delivery stages, helping manage risk and resolve contract issues,
Assisting with legal documents such as NDAs, warranties, and guarantees,
Keeping accurate records and managing the administrative side of legal documents,
Working under Legal Counsel while developing your knowledge of NEC and construction law.
Where will you be doing it?
Our client is a leading company within the nuclear waste management and decommissioning field.
What you'll need:
To hold a law degree,
Experience working as a Paralegal,
Experience of drafting & using NEC3 and NEC4 contracts,
Used to dealing with confidential and commercial information,
Construction or Nuclear experience is desirable.
