Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dining Room Supervisor based at University Hospital Crosshouse. This post is offered on a permanent basis.
Hours
32.10 hours per week.
Shift Pattern
0700-1400/30 Monday-Friday.
What You Will Do
To supervise and organise Catering Assistants engaged in the provision of an efficient, comprehensive and cost-effective Retail Service, covering extremely busy Dining Room, and 2 high-street style cafés, that meets the needs of Patients, Staff and Visitors in accordance with Food Hygiene Regulations and Food safety Management systems.
You will have good communication, verbal or otherwise and practical skills are essential.
Knowledge, Training and/or Experience Required for This Post
* Current REHIS elementary food hygiene certificate essential, intermediate desirable
* A minimum of three years supervisory experience in a large-scale function/hospitality environment.
* Knowledge / skills in customer service, staff rosters, food hygiene legislation to include HACCP.
