The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Lead to drive growth by converting demand into committed Omnia Athletes.
You will own our prospect database, engaging, nurturing and qualifying individuals before passing high-intent prospects into the coaching team for conversion.
This is a revenue-critical role at the centre of the business.
What You’ll Do
* Activate and manage the full prospect database
* Conduct structured outreach (calls, email, social)
* Build relationships and qualify prospective athletes
* Drive a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects
* Hand over ready-to-convert individuals to the coaching team
* Own CRM (HubSpot) and pipeline reporting
* Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
