Catering Supervisor – Restaurant Associates Full Time | 37.5 hours per week | Predominantly Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:00 We are recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. You will confidently oversee all catering and service operations for Restaurant Associates, ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and deliver truly incredible food experiences. Key Responsibilities Prepare delicious food to the highest standards Supervise culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets Represent the company and maintain a positive brand image Liaise between customers and teams to continually exceed expectations Support and train teams, leading by example to help everyone excel in their role Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance Occasionally work paid overtime evenings and weekends to support events or provide relief cover About You The Ideal Catering Supervisor Will Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service Have a minimum of two years’ catering experience Have experience managing teams in a similar role Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate Have excellent communication and organisational skills Be ambitious, motivated, and always looking to upskill If you are ready to take the next step in your catering career and make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
