up to £29,910.40 per annum base salary with value of additional benefits after one years’ service: £5,287

This is a well‑established nursery with a strong community presence, situated between Bristol and Gloucester.

What you’ll do:
* Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
* Support each child’s individual development and wellbeing
* Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care
What we’re looking for:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years
* Strong knowledge of child development
* A team‑focused, proactive approach and passion for learning
Nice to have:
* Paediatric First Aid qualification
* Experience supporting children with additional needs
* Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
* Ability to support across similar settings when required
