EU North - Regional Training Manager

The Regional Training Manager leads field learning and development across the region, focusing on employee development, business impact, enhancing local capabilities, advising leaders, and supporting the design, execution and optimisation of learning and development content, plans, and pathways. This role reports to the Associate Director Field Force Effectiveness and collaborates with local Heads of Commercial and other local leaders for the region to embed global capabilities, trainings, frameworks, and learning cultures locally.

Responsibilities
* Embed the Norgine In-Call Effectiveness (ICE) and Key Account Management (KAM) models through internal or external learning partners as needed
* Design and, where required, facilitate in-field coaching and role-play scenarios to reinforce learning
* Champion digital learning and omnichannel engagement strategies; ensure content is optimized for digital formats and supports in-person, hybrid, and remote field force models
* Develop and deliver impactful training sessions focused on customer engagement capabilities, in-person or remotely, across all engagement channels
* Develop the overall field learning framework and content development, application, and learning environments
* Ensure Product and Scientific knowledge is understood, applied, and adopted to a high standard
* Support adoption and implementation of Omnichannel in customer interactions
* Ensure local buy-in to Global guidance and initiatives, working across the organization to deliver local impact
* Create and maintain content for the Field Force Excellence Training Academy; manage onboarding pathways for new hires with structured training, assessments, and milestones
* Lead product knowledge workshops, validate learning across the sales force, and run capability diagnostics to identify development needs
* Maintain training calendars and Academy content; coordinate with local stakeholders to deliver initiatives
* Track training participation, skill application, and behavioural change using performance data
* Partner with Sales Leaders across ROCs to prioritize needs-based learning; coach leaders and managers; support field visits for feedback and content development
* Support measurement of training impact using data, feedback, and evaluations
* Collaborate with Global Product Strategy, ROCs, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Compliance, L&D, and others to align training with strategic goals
* Contribute to design of specialized training for MSLs, Brand Managers, and others focusing on effective communication and scientific engagement
* Support product launches or localized needs with tailored training content and delivery plans
* Ensure compliance with Norgine's code of practice, SOPs, local laws, codes of practice, and GDPR
Qualifications
* Fluent in English, plus at least one other business language
* Experience in sales training, field coaching, or commercial excellence roles
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, performance metrics, and market differences
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
* Proficient with technology: PowerPoint, LMS systems, Veeva CRM/CLM
* Self-starter with ability to contribute to strategic decision making
* Ideally from a sales background with managerial progression
* Ability to travel 20-40%
