Position Overview
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of a wide variety of equipment. Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing on‑site training to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct planned maintenance of a wide variety of equipment, including fire pumps, water systems, booster sets and related equipment.
* Execute reactive maintenance in a timely manner.
* Provide on‑site training to customers across a number of industries.
* Perform troubleshooting, service & repair activities on site, both alone and as part of a team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
* Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the Fire Pump industry.
* UK Driving License.
* Mechanical Engineering qualifications.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
