The Role The firm are seeking to hire a Property Solicitor, to be based in their Dunmow office, in Essex. The Property department is one of the largest in the firm. They have a wealth of expertise and have an impressive client base. You will deal with a broad caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, which will include purchase and sale of commercial property, landlord & tenant, investment, portfolio acquisition, commercial leases, refinancing, and conveyancing.
