What we’re looking for:
Experience working with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in a primary school setting
A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting pupils
Someone who can work well both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
Own transport essential
Your role will include:
Supporting pupils with ALN to access learning and achieve their potential
Working closely with class teachers to deliver tailored support
Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Assisting with classroom activities, group work, and one-to-one support
