Assystem is hiring a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple decommissioning projects in Culham.
This role is perfect for a strong leader with excellent communication & negotiation skills and proven decommissioning experience. ⚡
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing multiple decommissioning projects end-to-end — including budgets & schedules
* ️ Developing and implementing SHEQ requirements while maintaining risk registers
* Acting as the main client contact and delivering regular progress updates
* ✅ Supporting external accreditation audits and maintaining integrated management systems
* Building strong customer relationships and driving innovation across projects

* Strong leadership and people management skills
* ️ Proven experience in the decommissioning or demolition industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
