We are looking for a Driver/Stores Assistant to join our GT Aero team in Netherley, Stonehaven. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and experienced team, contributing to Sulzer's commitment to sustainability and excellence in service. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered, stored, and managed efficiently.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
* Safely carry out collections and deliveries of goods, materials, and equipment
* Assist with the receipt, storage, and issue of stock within the warehouse/stores
* Maintain accurate records of stock movements and deliveries
* Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition
* Support colleagues with general duties to ensure smooth daily operations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A valid UK driving licence
* A valid FLT licence
* Previous experience in a stores/warehouse or driving role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A commitment to safe working practices and reliability
